Bella GP only collects the data strictly necessary for the platform to function. When browsing the site as a guest, We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not require registration, login or any personal data to access profiles.
The data automatically collected by the server (standard access logs) includes: IP address, date/time of access, pages visited and browser used. This data is used exclusively for security and technical statistics and is deleted within 30 days.
2. Data on registered Companions
Companions who register with Bella GP voluntarily provide: stage name, neighborhood of activity, WhatsApp, languages, photos and professional description. This data is used exclusively for creating and displaying the public profile. We do not share this data with third parties without express authorization.
Photos are hosted on a third-party CDN service (ImgBB) with a permanent link. The companion can request the removal of the profile and all its information at any time via Bella GP WhatsApp.
3. Cookies
Bella GP only uses technical cookies that are essential for the website to function (such as language preferences and administrative panel session). We do not use third-party tracking, advertising or analytics cookies such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
4. Data Sharing
The Bella GP does not sell, rent or share personal data of visitors or companions with third parties, commercial partners or advertising platforms. Registration data is stored exclusively on our servers in Brazil.
5. Security
Bella GP uses HTTPS protocol with SSL/TLS certificate on all pages. Registration data is stored on a VPS server with restricted access and encrypted backups. The administrative panel is protected by authentication.
6. Your rights (LGPD)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate information, request the deletion of your data and oppose the processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via WhatsApp.
7. Minors
Bella GP is a platform restricted to people over 18 years of age, both for visitors and companions. Any suspicion of access or registration by minors will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.

Bella GP may update this privacy policy periodically. The date of the last update is always indicated in the header of this page. We recommend revisiting this page regularly.
